The Wheel of the Year: Shamanic Foundations of Celtic Spirituality

Click the graphic above for flyer.

This series explores the shamanic foundations of Celtic spirituality through the modern tradition of eight seasonal holidays.

In-session time will be devoted primarily to ritual, journeys, and discussion. Journeys will explore the mythical and mystical power of the seasons using imagery of the Irish pantheon, and their application to our own lives.

Most of the teaching will be provided in the Introduction and Orientation seminar on October 19 and in preparatory material sent before each session. Therefore, those taking only selected classes should also take the Introduction and Orientation session.

Participants will be encouraged to journal and to be aware of the rhythms of the seasons in their own everyday lives.
