Author Ken Daigle titles his last chapter “A Holistic Dance.” He is referring to abundance as a holistic dance because it engages the entire human system—uniting the physical body, mental outlook, emotional flow, and energetic connection with the universe into a single, rhythmic experience.
- Physical Embodiment: Movement releases tension stored in the body and lets you physically express feelings of freedom and sufficiency. Gestures like opening your arms or swaying turn abstract wealth into a tangible, physical reality.
- Mental and Emotional Flow: A scarcity mindset creates rigidity and fear, whereas an abundance mindset allows thoughts and emotions to undulate and flow like waves. You shift from chasing resources to resonating with a natural state of overflow.
- The Cosmic Rhythm: The word abundance itself traces back to roots meaning to flow or wave in tandem with nature. Aligning your intentions with this rhythm makes living feel less like a struggle and more like a cooperative dance with life.
Deepening our spiritual understanding, it is said that the Creator dances creation. So, all of creation is a great dance. Many religions have spoken about the dance of life. Ancient worshipers of the Goddess attributed the initial creation of the Universe to her magic dance over the waters of chaos, or the great deep. With rhythmic movements, she organized the as-yet-unformed elements, making patterns that the Greeks called the “Goddess’s Ordering.”
The Gnostic Gospel Acts of John describe Jesus dancing and saying to his disciples, “To the Universe belongs the dancer.” Dance speaks to joy and connection and celebration and love—all part of an abundant life. Dance is the love of life itself—a prayer of body, mind, and Spirit. We are all woven from so many threads—some of them treasures, others we dread; all dancing inside us, making us grow, cracking us open, so we can be shown—that life is such a mystery.
We are all dancers in the light of creation—all part of the Divine flow. But are we aware of the dance we are doing? Are we out of step or are we in rhythm? And can we create a new dance. This all pertains to abundance and manifestation. Unapologetic Manifestation is a book worth reading more than once. There are many golden nuggets to be found as you find yourself pulled into the dance!
