In Unity, we understand that Life is not just a biological function. It is not something we simply possess; it is what we are. Life is the very activity of God moving through us. It is the divine energy that beats our hearts, heals our wounds, and inspires our greatest dreams.
Sometimes, the world around us can feel heavy. We look at the news, or look at our own personal challenges, and it can be easy to feel depleted or disconnected. But I invite you to look at nature this morning. Consider the tiny seed buried deep in the dark, cold earth. It does not struggle or worry. It simply yields to the absolute, unstoppable Power of Life within it. It pushes through the dirt, stretches toward the sun, and becomes exactly what it was created to be.
That same miraculous, resilient power is active in you right now. There is no dark place in your life that the light of God cannot reach. There is no condition in your body, your finances, or your relationships that is bigger than the Living Spirit within you.
Charles Fillmore, our Unity co-founder, reminded us that we are connected to an inexhaustible reservoir of vital energy. When we align our thoughts with this truth, we don't just survive; we thrive. We become channels for joy, peace, and wholeness.
As you go about your week, I invite you to practice being a conscious expression of this Divine Life. Turn your awareness away from that which drains your energy. Focus on that which brings you fulfillment and joy. Smile at a stranger. Offer a word of encouragement. Take time to marvel at the beauty of the world around you. Let your living be your prayer.
Feel the Power of Life renew and restore you. You are vibrant. You are whole. You are the living, breathing activity of God. Anchor your heart in this truth as you move into your day filled with the radiant life of God.
